Oral Hygiene

A very precise procedure of cleaning the teeth and assisting the patient with accurate instructions on how to maintain healthy teeth and gums – Oral Hygiene maintenance is the corner stone of periodontal treatment. Our Hygienists  role  is to perform periodontal therapy which includes things such periodontal charting, periodontal debridement (scaling and root planing), prophylaxis (preventing disease) or periodontal maintenance procedures for patients with periodontal disease. 

Whitening / Bleaching

Our Oral Hygienist uses Opalescence Boost to give you a whiter brighter smile. This is a chemically activated whitening treatment that offers results in less than an hour.  Opalescence tooth whitening gel contains PF (potassium nitrate and fluoride), which helps maintain the health of enamel throughout the whitening process.

Bleaching will not whiten porcelain crowns or composite tooth-colored bondings.
